Chromium flag to by pass the popup to grant media permissions in webRTC

You have to pass the following flag in your browser capabilities to bypass the popup by selecting the default device for media streams. For example, for chrome browser you can use the following configs : chromeOptions: use-fake-ui-for-media-stream
